My new neighbor's dog dug under the fence and destroyed my vegetable garden.
I was in my backyard in Denver last Saturday when I saw the whole row of carrots and beets completely uprooted. I had to talk to him about it, and he said he'd pay for the plants but didn't think he needed to fix the fence. Has anyone else had to deal with damage from a pet that wasn't theirs?

Did you see what @ruby_rivera76 said about leash laws? It feels like people are less willing to take full responsibility these days.
