Pro tip: my neighbor's sprinkler has hit my driveway every morning for 3 weeks and he says it is my fault for parking there
We share a strip in Phoenix and he aims it dead at my truck on purpose, then acts confused when I move the head back. Do I just start parking on his side of the line?
