Rant: my neighbor’s dog barked nonstop from 11pm to 3am last night in Denver

I live next to a duplex on Colfax and this guy leaves his husky out on the porch every night. Last night it wouldn’t shut up for four hours straight, I couldn’t sleep at all. Has anyone here dealt with a barking dog that late and actually gotten the owner to do something?

Wait, your neighbor leaves a husky on the porch all night in Denver? That's insane, it gets below freezing here lol. You should start filming it every night and call Denver Animal Protection, they actually respond to noise complaints after 10pm.
