Rant: my neighbor's note said his wind chimes are 'a gift to the block'
Found a typed note taped to my door Sunday morning from the guy two houses down, and it was about his wind chimes. He wrote that the sound is "a gift to the block" and asked us to "receive it with joy" instead of complaining. This is a dude running 9 chimes on one porch in Casa Grande, and the wind picks up after 11pm almost nightly. I counted 40 plus clangs in ten minutes from my bedroom window. So now I'm wondering, do I write a note back, buy earplugs, or start my own chime orchestra at 6am?
