My brother in law said my kid would "never eat real food" at Thanksgiving, and I almost made it a whole thing
We were at his place in Boise and my 4 year old was happily eating plain pasta while he kept making little comments, and I had a whole speech ready about how he fed his own kids nothing but hot dogs for a decade. I just said "pass the rolls" instead, but I've been replaying it for two weeks, so was I wrong to let it go?
