Honestly, I thought my sister's bike tool organization was overkill, but finding the right wrench fast during a flat tire proved her right.

Yeah, I read a forum post once where a guy argued the best upgrade isn't new parts, it's organizing your tools so you can actually fix things. He had a point. My old method was just a jumbled toolbox, and I'd waste ten minutes digging for a chain breaker. Now I use a cheap pegboard for the common stuff and a small bag for road fixes. That flat tire situation you described is exactly why it matters, when you're stressed and in a hurry, you don't want to be hunting around.

Wait, you used to spend TEN whole minutes just looking for one tool? I can't even handle searching for more than like two minutes before I get completely frustrated, especially if my hands are already dirty from the bike chain.

A library book on shop organization really showed how much time and frustration it saves.
