Yeah, I read a forum post once where a guy argued the best upgrade isn't new parts, it's organizing your tools so you can actually fix things. He had a point. My old method was just a jumbled toolbox, and I'd waste ten minutes digging for a chain breaker. Now I use a cheap pegboard for the common stuff and a small bag for road fixes.
