Almost ruined a whole season of Better Call Saul with a careless click

I was on episode 8 of season 5 last Tuesday and my wife accidentally hit the 'next episode' button on the Roku remote. It jumped straight to the season finale and showed a major character death in the first 10 seconds before I could grab the remote and back out. We had to sit through the whole finale knowing what was coming, totally killed the suspense for us. Has anyone else had a streaming service spoil something by skipping ahead like that?

Episode 8 to the finale is like 3 episodes skipped, though.

Disable auto-play in the settings menu on your streaming app. That's the first thing I did after the same thing happened to me. It's a lifesaver for avoiding those split second spoilers.
