Everyone loves 'The Bear' but I had to tap out after the Christmas episode
I finally watched the first season last month because three friends kept pushing it. The restaurant chaos felt real, but that holiday dinner with all the screaming gave me a headache that lasted two days. I get that it's supposed to be stressful art, but I watch shows to unwind after my 9 hour shift at the warehouse. My buddy said season 2 is different, should I give it another shot or is the whole thing just anxiety bait?

Season 2 has that same yelling vibe in a few spots, so your headache might come back.
