DAE spend 4 hours on a printer that just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in
Last Tuesday I was trying to print a return label at my apartment in Phoenix and my printer kept flashing a paper jam error even though there was zero paper inside it. I took out both trays, shined a flashlight in there, watched 3 YouTube videos, and nearly ordered a new one before my roommate walked by and just pulled the power cord out for 10 seconds. So is it the printer's fault for being a drama queen or mine for not trying the oldest trick in the book?
