That Tuesday my whole shift fell apart and the older guys just shrugged
I work at a warehouse in Dayton and last Tuesday we had a pallet jack break, a shipment mislabeled, and the inventory system go dark all before lunch. The guys in their 50s just said 'this is normal, wait for the fun part' and I nearly lost it. Meanwhile my Gen Z coworker was on his phone calling it a sign we should automate everything. Is it just my crew, or does every generation have a totally different reaction when the day goes sideways?
