That teach-as-you-go method is the only way my group stays focused.

Try explaining each step just as your group is about to tackle it. This keeps everyone on the same page and stops minds from wandering. I always found that giving too much info upfront just leads to confusion. Instead, focus on one small goal at a time so the task feels manageable. That way, people see progress immediately and stay motivated. It's a SIMPLE trick but it makes a HUGE difference in keeping focus.
