My coffee shop switched roasters in January and I noticed by February
The old beans had this dark, smoky taste that I loved and the new ones are way brighter. I asked the owner and he said the old roaster raised prices 22% so he bailed. Now I am driving 15 minutes to a place in Cambridge just to get my old fix. Anyone else follow their beans to a whole different shop?
