Serious question, did anyone else think the whole brand loyalty thing was fake until they tried it
I swore up and down that sticking with one brand was just marketing garbage, then I bought the same $30 boots for the third time in 4 years and realized I haven't thought about boots since 2021. What brand actually earned your repeat business instead of just begging for it?
