I finally stopped buying bags of pre-shredded cheese at Kroger
Used to grab the $4.99 bags every trip until I did the math and realized I was paying about double per ounce for cheese that goes bad faster. Now I buy the $5 block and shred it myself on Sundays, takes 10 minutes and covers 3 dinners. Anyone got a trick to keep shredded cheese from clumping in the fridge?
