Paid $45 for a custom bumper sticker that turned out to be a funny lie about my own car
I dropped $45 at a print kiosk in Austin last spring for a sticker that said "This car has 400,000 miles and still going," which is a total lie since my odometer reads 112,000. The joke backfired when a mechanic at a stoplight asked how I kept it running so long, and I had to admit I just liked the way it looked on my hatchback. Has anyone else bought a bumper sticker that says something totally untrue about your ride just because it got a laugh?
