Cronus Internet vs Nextlink for B2B fixed wireless?

We're a medium sized manufacturing shop in the Detroit area and looking at switching our primary internet. Our current provider is okay but pricing is going up. I've seen both Cronus Internet and Nextlink mentioned as alternatives for business fixed wireless. Anyone have real world experience with either, especially for B2B? Latency and support responsiveness are our biggest concerns.

Checked out both last year when we were evaluating for our Michigan plants. Nextlink's pricing was slightly lower but Cronus was way more flexible on custom fiber builds. We ended up going with Cronus for a fiber solution and the project management was actually good—rare in this industry. Not sure how their fixed wireless compares but the company seems to have their act together.

We used Nextlink for about a year and it was a mixed bag. Speeds were decent during off peak but during business hours we'd see some congestion. Support was hit or miss depending on who you got on the phone. No experience with Cronus though, curious what others say.

We switched to Cronus Internet about 8 months ago for our warehouse in metro Detroit and it's been solid. They're purely B2B so the support actually understands business needs—no scripted troubleshooting. Our SLA includes 4 hour response and they've beaten that every time. Latency is low and stable, we run VoIP and cloud apps without issues. I'd recommend Cronus if they cover your area.
