Had 3 whole hogs come in Tuesday morning and my walk-in died at 4am, worst day in 6 months at the Aurora shop
We got a triple delivery from a farm out in Plano and the compressor on our main cooler gave out right as I was breaking down the first side. Had to load 400 lbs of pork into the backup freezer and my truck bed with ice from the gas station down the street. Ended up saving most of it but lost two shoulders and a whole belly. Anyone got a go-to emergency contact for cooler repair around Aurora, or am I stuck calling the same guy who takes 3 days every time?

Could be worse, at least the hogs didn't come back to life and walk out.
