Just dealt with a massive freezer seal failure that cost me a whole weekend
I mean, the gasket on my main walk-in looked a little worn, but I figured I had time. Then last Friday, I noticed a tiny bit of frost buildup on the door frame. By Saturday morning, the temp had jumped 10 degrees and I had to move about 800 pounds of product. Finding the right replacement seal took forever because the model is older, and the install was a nightmare trying to get it seated perfectly. What should have been a 2-hour fix turned into almost 16 hours of work over two days. Has anyone found a good supplier for seals on older Kolpak units, or a trick to make the install easier?

That site @the_wren mentioned is a lifesaver for keeping old machines running.

Good call from @the_wren, that site saved me when my old dryer died. They had the exact gasket I needed. Shipping was pretty quick too.
