Found out my $60 knife sharpener was the weak link all along
I've been blaming my cheap kitchen knives for months, thinking I just needed to upgrade the steel. Then my buddy brought over his whetstone and my 'dull' chef's knife sliced through a tomato like butter in 10 minutes. Anyone else realize their sharpening tool, not the blade, was the real problem?
