Hit 80 regulars on my punch card app and I honestly teared up a bit
We opened our spot on York Blvd in Highland Park about 14 months ago and for the first 6 months I was sweating rent every single week. Last night I checked the loyalty app and we crossed 80 people who've come in at least 4 times in the past 2 months. The weird part is I know like 60 of them by name now and a few even bring their dogs in on Saturdays. I know 80 isn't a huge number for some of you with multiple locations but for a tiny 22 seat shop it feels like we might actually make it. For those of you who've been open longer, when did you start feeling like the regulars were enough to keep the lights on?
