Hit 15 years at the same firm and my first thought was crap, I'm the old one now
Walked into the Monday meeting and realized I've been here longer than anyone except the founder, and the new hire was 8 when I started. That number made me rethink how I talk to younger colleagues, has anyone else hit a tenure milestone that changed how they act at work?
