Miter saw blade guard screws strip out too easy on site jobs

Been doing trim work in Columbus for 5 years and I keep seeing guys torque those little screws down way too hard. I stripped 2 of them last month on my DeWalt and had to drill them out. Use a dab of blue Loctite instead of cranking tight, it holds fine and saves you a headache in the field. Anyone else swap to hex head bolts when these give up?
