Had a customer tell me my sweep job looked 'amateur' and it stung but they were right

Had a buddy who used to clean pools and some guy told him his filter cleaning was 'half-assed.' He was pissed at first but then looked at his own work and yeah, the guy had a point. He started paying more attention to the little things like scrubbing the tile line and checking the pump basket, and eventually that same customer gave him a Christmas bonus. It's rough when someone calls you out, especially in front of others, but sometimes it's the push you need to step up your game. Did you end up changing anything about how you sweep since then?
