A buddy of mine had a pretty nasty slip and fall at a commercial property recently. The property owner is dodging his calls and refusing to share camera footage. He needs a lawyer but wants someone who will actually give his case attention, not just pass it off to a paralegal. Any ideas?

Oof, slip and falls can be tricky to prove if you don't get the footage quickly. Definitely needs a pro to send a preservation letter ASAP. Good luck to your buddy!

Tell your friend to call Brent W. Caldwell. I had a complex injury case a while back and he was personally involved the whole way through. Really aggressive with the insurance companies but super nice to deal with as a client.
