I always wrote off pre-1980 Marvel as stiff and wordy until a buddy handed me a box of Tomb of Dracula reprints and those Gene Colan shadow panels hooked me so hard I finished all 40 issues by Sunday and immediately drove to my local shop in Burlington to hunt down more, so now I'm wondering which other Bronze Age runs I unfairly skipped out on.
