Magnetic sweeper saved my crew after a fastener fiasco in Omaha

We were doing deck work on a 4-story building near the river and my apprentice knocked over a full 5-gallon bucket of self-tapping screws. They scattered across the gravel lot and the GC was already breathing down our necks about the timeline. Tried picking them up by hand for 20 minutes, got maybe a third back. Finally grabbed a 36-inch magnetic sweeper from the truck and rolled the whole lot in 10 minutes flat. Got back 90% of the screws and avoided a $150 restock fee. Has anyone else had a close call like that where a cheap tool saved a whole day?
