Just realized my old wood float was better than the magnesium one I bought in Phoenix
Used a wood float for 9 years and figured it was time to upgrade. Dropped $60 on a magnesium float at a supply yard in Phoenix. The mag float pulled too much cream and left my edges looking washed out on a 12 yard driveway pour. So I switched back to wood for the first pass. Anyone else run into that or was I just using it wrong?
