Heard a guy at the truck stop claim the government controls the weather through jet contrails

He was dead serious, said he saw a documentary about it while parked overnight in Flagstaff, but didn't he just describe how clouds work?

You mentioned the documentary claiming chemicals mix with clouds, right? Well, think about it - if normal clouds just form from water vapor, why would they need to spray anything up there unless they're trying to change what happens when it rains or snows. The fact that the government has weather modification patents on file should tell you there's way more going on than just describing how clouds naturally work.

So what exactly did this "documentary" claim happens when the chemicals mix with clouds that normal weather doesn't already do?
