How many sources did you check? I used to just go with the first few results but digging that deep really flipped my view.

Honestly that sounds like a huge waste of time. Checking a couple solid sources is usually enough to get the real story. Going that deep down the rabbit hole just leads to info overload and you start seeing patterns that aren't even there. Sometimes the simple answer is the right one and you just overcomplicate things for no good reason.
