Switched from batch scheduling to post-in-real-time and my engagement jumped 30%
I used to schedule all my YouTube Shorts a week ahead using a tool, but they felt lifeless. Last month I started posting right when I finish editing, like 11pm on a Thursday, and the comments are way more active. Has anyone else noticed their audience responds better to spontaneity?

My buddy tried to plan a road trip three months out and ended up rebooking everything twice because his situation kept shifting. He finally gave up and just decided to wing it the week before.
