Tried a new editorial calendar format 3 months ago and it messed up my whole workflow
Switching from a dated spreadsheet to a Trello board made my team lose 2 days a week on admin stuff instead of writing, has anyone else hit this kind of drop-off with a tool change?

Heard a similar story from another writer who switched from Asana to Notion and said the same thing... sometimes the new tools just add extra steps for no real reason. Might be worth sticking with what works if it ain't broke.
