That column grid trick is the real deal. Makes me cringe thinking about all the extra math I did before someone showed me that same thing on a hospital job. Once you start referencing off the grid lines everything lines up cleaner too, less fighting with architectural offsets that move between sheets. It's one of those basics that nobody teaches in school but saves you hours on a big build.

Once you see that pattern of bad days, it's tempting to start fudging the color just to break the streak or make your life look less depressing on paper. I caught myself doing that and had to put a note saying "BE HONEST YOU DUMMY" at the top of my tracker lol.

My old 0.7mm felt like a butter knife after I tried a 0.3mm for the first time, I swear. For a year I thought anything smaller than 0.5mm was just flexing on forums, but then I picked up a cheap 0.3mm for some cross-hatching on a dark area and it changed everything. The control is just insane, especially for tiny eyelashes or little textures that need to look natural. Idk, maybe it's just me but the 0.2mm sounds almost too fragile, like one wrong move and it's bent forever.
