My cold leftover pizza with peanut butter is the best breakfast

Got weird looks at work for eating it yesterday. Straight from the fridge, cold cheese, cold crust. Smear a thick layer of chunky peanut butter on top. The salty peanut butter with the cold tomato sauce and cheese just works. Been doing this since college, about 10 years now. Anyone else have a weird leftover hack that people think is gross?

Cold pizza is a sacred food, but you are ruining it. Peanut butter belongs on toast, not on tomato sauce. The textures are all wrong, a greasy nut paste on top of cold cheese sounds awful. It makes sense people gave you weird looks, because that combo is genuinely upsetting. Some food crimes should stay in the dorm room.

Adam, you are completely right about this being a dorm room crime. The idea of peanut butter on cold pizza makes my stomach turn a little. It sounds like a texture nightmare, all slick and sticky at the same time. Some combinations are just not meant to be, no matter how hungry you are.
