Rant: Just realized my weirdest comfort food is canned tuna with ranch dressing

Last month at my desk job in Phoenix, I mixed a can of tuna with ranch instead of mayo because I was out, and it was actually amazing. Three years ago I would have called someone crazy for eating this, but now I crave it every Sunday during meal prep. Anyone else have a comfort food that started as a total accident?

Wait, are you seriously telling me canned tuna and ranch dressing actually tastes good? I tried it after seeing this and I'm pretty sure my taste buds filed for divorce.

Gotta say I read somewhere that ranch dressing is basically a superfood for disguising bad flavors. Heard it from a food science blog, they said ranch has so much sugar and salt it tricks your brain into liking anything. So maybe that's why some folks swear by it with tuna. Personally I'd stick with mayo and some lemon juice, seems safer for your taste buds.
