Shoutout to that old tin of sardines I found in my pantry last week
I always thought canned fish was just for camping emergencies, but I looked up a nutrition breakdown on the CDC site and it turns out a $2 tin has more calcium than a glass of milk. Why does everyone act like this is gross but scarf down tuna salad?

Found a tin of kippers in the back of my cupboard last month and figured why not. Threw them on a salad and honestly it was way better than the sad chicken I usually eat. The calcium thing is wild too you get like a third of your daily needs for basically pocket change.

Double down on that calcium thing - I started throwing sardines on my toast in the morning instead of grabbing a yogurt and it's been way more filling. Plus they don't go bad for like three years so you can stock up whenever they're on sale and not worry about it.
