A client in Phoenix told me her new haircut made her feel brave enough to leave a bad job

She came in for a routine trim last Thursday but asked to go much shorter, into a sharp chin-length bob. While I was cutting, she quietly said she had a big interview the next day for a job she really wanted. After I finished, she looked in the mirror, got a little teary, and said, 'This is the push I needed.' It made me realize a haircut can be about way more than just hair. Has a style change ever helped a client through a big life moment for you?
