My Bali trip changed how I see braids for fancy events

I used to think braids were just for casual days, but watching stylists there make such pretty updos made me a fan.

Wow, same here. Always saw braids as kinda messy, just for running errands or something. But seeing what those stylists can do, it's real art. Changes your whole view. Makes you realize it's all about the skill and the time put in. Now I get why people want that for big nights out.

Actually, you saying big nights out made me see it another way. For many, braids are just normal daily hair. Think about box braids worn to work or school, not just parties. Cornrows can be for sports or just chilling at home. It's more about easy care and personal style than only being fancy. So yeah, skill matters, but it's not always for a special event.
