Driving past the old steel mill site in Gary got me thinking
They're putting up a new warehouse there now, and I saw a mobile crane on site. It was one of those new all-terrain models with the single cab, not like the old truck cranes we used to run. The whole setup looked so clean and quiet compared to the old days of that mill. Made me remember the constant rumble and how you'd come home covered in grit. What's the biggest change you've seen on sites in the last ten years?
