okay but "lifted over 10,000 loads" kinda hits different depending on what kind of work you do lol. i feel like if you're in construction or warehouse work that number is just part of the job, not something to count up like a badge of honor. like yeah you moved boxes or bags of concrete but so does everyone else in those jobs. plus counting every single lift over your whole career just seems like a weird flex when most people are just trying to survive their shift without throwing their back out. not saying you shouldn't be proud of it or anything, i just think calling it "loads" makes it sound way more epic than it actually is. maybe i'm just being cynical but your body probably isn't keeping score the same way you are.
