My password manager export turned into a three day panic

I switched browsers last Tuesday and tried to pull my vault out as a CSV to move it over. Turns out the export had all my usernames in plaintext but the passwords were just asterisks, total mess. Has anyone else hit this with their manager, or am I the only one dumb enough to not check before deleting the old copy?

Man, just reset the passwords and move on. Three days is overkill.
