Dropped $3,500 on a LoopNet listing service and it burned me bad
Paid $3,500 for a year of LoopNet's premium listing service to move a small retail space on South Broadway. Got maybe two real leads in six months, and both were tire kickers who never even walked the property. Has anyone else had luck with a cheaper way to fill vacant retail around Denver, or is the whole paid listing game just a money pit?
Man, I gotta disagree on LoopNet being a total money pit. We listed a spot on South Broadway a couple years back and got tired of the spam calls, sure, but the guy who actually signed the lease came straight from that listing, so it only takes one hit to pay for itself. The real problem isn't the service, it's that retail on Broadway is just slow right now, and two leads in six months might be the market talking, not the site.
