Man, I gotta disagree on LoopNet being a total money pit. We listed a spot on South Broadway a couple years back and got tired of the spam calls, sure, but the guy who actually signed the lease came straight from that listing, so it only takes one hit to pay for itself. The real problem isn't the service, it's that retail on Broadway is just slow right now, and two leads in six months might be the market talking, not the site.

Man, that lawnmower mullet line is too good to waste on a mirror. You should've just said it out loud, because now you're stuck with the hat life for two weeks while Ray thinks he nailed it. Here's the thing though, next time you go back he's gonna see the hat and assume the cut was fire, so he'll do the exact same thing again.
