The parking lot guy on Larimer told me something about retail leases I won't forget
I was checking out a 2,400 sq ft retail spot on Larimer last month and the property manager, a guy named Ray who's been doing this 30 years, said "the tenant who signs fast is the one who leaves fast" and now I'm second guessing every quick deal I've ever done, has anyone else heard that one?
