Wasted $200 on a coworking pass I barely used in Lisbon

I bought a month pass at Second Home in Lisbon thinking I'd get tons of work done, but I ended up working from cafes and my Airbnb almost every day. The vibe was nice but the internet kept cutting out around 3pm, which totally killed my flow. Anyone else feel pressured to buy coworking memberships on trips only to regret it?

Man, that's rough - $200 is a lot to drop on something you barely used. I get the idea though, thinking a nice workspace will make you more productive, but when the wifi dies every afternoon it's pretty much useless. Hope you at least found some good cafes to make up for it.

Right? I bought a pass at some fancy spot in Barcelona once and ended up using it maybe twice before I just started working from my hostel bed in my pajamas. $200 is just the price of learning you're a cheap date for workspaces I guess.

Oh my god, $200?! That is wild. I thought you were gonna say like $40 or maybe $50 max for a day pass, but two hundred bucks? My jaw literally dropped reading that. I can't imagine dropping that kind of money just to learn I hate coworking spaces. You're way more laid back about it than I would be, I'd be so mad at myself for weeks after that.
