Had a client yell at me for $45 facial

Last month at the shop on Broadway she screamed the red light therapy didn't do anything. Has anyone else dealt with people expecting magic results from one session?

You gotta set expectations right upfront, tell them it takes 6 to 8 sessions minimum.

Yeah, I saw that study about light therapy needing repeat sessions to even show results. @simons28 nailed it.
