I used to roll my eyes at those little face rollers you keep in the fridge
A friend gave me a jade one for my birthday last year and I figured it was just a pretty toy. After a long day doing extractions, my face felt puffy and sore, so I tried it cold. I was shocked at how much it helped with the swelling and redness, especially under my eyes. I started using it on my own skin for a few minutes each night. Now I get why clients ask about them. Has anyone else found a simple tool like this that actually works?

Totally get what you mean about it just feeling nice. I was the same way, I thought it was all hype. But after a really bad sinus headache, I put my roller in the freezer for ten minutes. Rolling it over my forehead and cheeks didn't just feel good, it visibly brought down the swelling around my nose. It's become my go-to for any morning puffiness now.
