Noticed a big shift in how my clients react to LED therapy over 3 months

I started using LED light therapy at my station about 3 months ago, mostly for acne and redness. At first I just did the standard 10 minute session with the red and blue lights, nothing crazy. But around week 6 I started seeing a real difference in my regulars who came in every 2 weeks for facials. Their skin looked calmer, less blotchy, and breakouts were way smaller. I think the key was being consistent with the timing and not skipping sessions. Now I have like 5 clients who swear by the combo of LED plus a gentle enzyme peel. Has anyone else noticed this kind of change with consistent use over a few months?

Are we really acting like a light bulb is that life changing though? Sounds like the enzyme peel is doing the heavy lifting here lol.

Hold your horses, people are acting like they just invented sliced bread. A light bulb is a bulb, not a miracle cure. If it did anything that dramatically, you'd see dermatologists prescribing them instead of their expensive creams and peels. The enzyme peel is probably doing 99% of the work here, and the bulb is just a fancy nightlight that makes you feel like you're doing something. Don't get me wrong, if it helps you feel better about your routine, great, but let's not pretend it's some game-changing secret weapon. It's just a bulb.
