Why does nobody talk about how long proper cleansing really takes?

A thorough cleanse needs at least two minutes to be effective.

Totally. I brush my teeth while I wait, makes the time actually useful.

Set a timer because two minutes feels way longer than you'd think.

Last week I tried your five minute version of this, @beth_bell. Time absolutely warps when you're just sitting there waiting for a beep.
