My yard sale flip took 9 days instead of 2

I grabbed an old oak rocking chair for $12 at a local estate sale in Toledo last Saturday and listed it on Facebook that night. It sat there with zero interest until I changed the photos to show it outside with better lighting and added 'solid wood, no particle board' to the title. Anyone else find that small tweaks like lighting or wording make a huge difference in how fast stuff sells?

That $12 chair probably would have sold faster if you'd just priced it at $35 and let the buyer feel like they were getting a deal instead of fussing with lighting and keywords.

Ngl better photos and keywords matter way more than pricing games honestly.
