Changed my mind about Arby's curly fries after a visit to the one on 42nd in Portland

I used to think Arby's curly fries were the best fast food side out there. But last Tuesday I ordered a large and they came out cold, soggy, and barely any seasoning. Like they forgot to put the curly fry stuff on them. I ate three and threw the rest out. That was it for me. Anyone else have a bad run with a specific item that made you quit it completely?

Arby's has curly fries though, curly fries are basically the best fast food side out there. You're telling me you'd pass on a Jamocha shake from there too? That's a wild take, I gotta be real with you.

Oh come on, is it really that serious? It's just roast beef and curly fries, not a health code violation. I've had worse meals at places people actually like.
